Dirt, rock, concrete, brick, roofing shingles and other dense
materials require a separate heavy-material quote and may not
be combined with ordinary household debris.

Standard pricing applies within the primary Reno–Sparks service area. Locations more than 40 miles from central Reno may require an additional distance charge that will be quoted before delivery.

What you need to know before delivery.
These policies keep scheduling, loading and pickup straightforward for both Iron Sage and the customer.
Does Iron Sage load the trailer?
No. Iron Sage delivers and retrieves the trailer. Customers are
responsible for loading and securing their materials below the
trailer’s top rail.
What materials will be accepted?
Standard household junk, furniture, cardboard, wood, drywall,
yard debris and approved non-hazardous renovation debris are
generally accepted. Hazardous materials, liquids, batteries,
compressed-gas cylinders, asbestos, medical waste, hot ashes and
explosives are prohibited. Heavy materials and special items
require advance approval.
How long can I keep the trailer?
Rental time is dependent on customer needs. All agreements
include a standard 24 hour hour drop time unless otherwise directed by
by customer.
Additional time is $100 per calendar day and must be approved
before the scheduled pickup.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
Not always. Unattended delivery is available when the rental
agreement and payment are complete, the property is accessible,
and Iron Sage has clear written placement instructions.
The customer must confirm that the placement area is level,
unobstructed and authorized. Iron Sage may require someone to be
present if access or placement conditions are unclear or unsafe.
What happens if I exceed my package?
If the load exceeds the selected volume percentage, the applicable
higher-volume package price will apply. After the correct volume
package is determined, weight above that package’s included
allowance is charged at $100 for each additional 500 pounds,
or portion thereof. Volume and weight are measured separately.
How full can the trailer be loaded?
Materials must remain below the top rail, must not extend beyond
the sides or rear, and must be distributed safely. Overfilled or
unsafe loads must be corrected before the trailer can be moved.
What areas does Iron Sage serve?
Iron Sage serves Reno, Sparks and the greater Northern Nevada
area. Locations more than 40 miles from central Reno may require
an additional distance charge.
